Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at NYC Mold Removal. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth scheduling, accurate records, and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and handle front desk inquiries with professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily work orders
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management
  • Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for communication and reporting
  • Support basic bookkeeping and QuickBooks tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as emails, scanning, and document preparation
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
