As we expand, we are looking for dedicated Front of House Supervisors and and future managers to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

  • Front of House Supervisors:

Lead by example to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and foster a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House Supervisors:
  • Oversee floor operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support and train team members to uphold service standards.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational tasks.
  • Bartenders:
  • Craft and serve creative, high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages.
  • Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and excellent service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
  • Adhere to all safety and alcohol compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume or upscale dining establishment.
  • A strong passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills for Supervisors.
  • Advanced mixology skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer for Bartenders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
