Description du poste

L'Estaminet, un restaurant très achalandé de Rivière-du-Loup, est à la recherche de cuisinier(ère)s pour compléter sa brigade. Chez nous, tout est fait maison — si tu aimes cuisiner de vraies recettes et travailler dans une cuisine dynamique, on veut te rencontrer!

On cherche une personne capable de travailler sous pression, qui a l'esprit d'équipe et qui aime le rythme d'un restaurant occupé. Gars ou fille d'équipe, tu seras au cœur de l'action.

Tes responsabilités

  • Cuisiner les recettes maison de l'entreprise selon nos standards
  • Effectuer la mise en place et préparer ton poste de travail avant le service
  • Sortir les commandes avec constance et rapidité pendant les périodes d'achalandage
  • Maintenir la cuisine propre, fonctionnelle et bien organisée
  • Nettoyer ton poste et la cuisine en fin de service
  • Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de salubrité (MAPAQ)
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe pour assurer un service fluide

Horaire

  • Temps plein, restaurant ouvert du mercredi au dimanche
  • Quarts de jour (8 h à 16 h) et de soir (15 h à 23 h)
