We are seeking a Specialist, eLearning to join the team in any of our offices.
The purpose of this role is to promote a culture of continuous learning for all members of the Firm through eLearning. As part of the Learning Team, the role's primary function is to develop and maintain engaging digital learning solutions that support organizational learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
eLearning Design and Development

• Build learner-centred, engaging eLearning programs, microlearning assets, job aids, and videos using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other authoring tools.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to determine content work packages.
• In conjunction with the Team Lead, Instructional Design, develop content storyboards and scripts.
• Build interactive learning activities, quizzes and assessments that accurately test knowledge and understanding.
• Facilitate review cycles and incorporate feedback from SMEs and stakeholders.
• Apply adult learning principles and learning experience design best practices to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that arise in the designing phase.
• Resolve technical issues that arise.
• Ensure learning content meets accessibility standards and organizational branding guidelines.
• Publish and test modules to ensure functionality and accurate capturing of progress and results within the LMS.
• After launch, measure learner engagement and effectiveness of eLearning programs through assessments, surveys, and learning analytics and make improvement recommendations for future releases.
• Manage multiple eLearning development projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Assist with the continual improvement of eLearning modules through the iterative process of updating content, assessments, and activities.
• Act as reviewer of courses developed by others.
• Document processes and procedures for use in future projects.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance digital learning experiences.

Rollout Training

• Work with the project team to design and develop eLearning content to support the new application rollout when required
• Engage stakeholders to align expectations and support successful implementation.
• Work with the project team to produce reasonable solutions to issues encountered during the rollout.

Learning Management System (LMS)

• Upload and manage course content in LMS.
• Assist with the implementation and administration of the LMS.

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Adult Learning, Education or Technology with 3+ years of eLearning design experience.
• Experience in the legal field considered an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, learning experience design, instructional design, and eLearning design.
• Able to grasp technical subjects and learn new technologies quickly.
• Knowledge of SCORM/AICC/Tin Can standards, as well as eLearning accessibility standards.
• Required technical skills include: Articulate Storyline, Rise, video creation and editing, HTML5, Learning Management Systems, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation:
We offer a market-leading total rewards package with the expected range of the annual salary to be between $66,352 - 96,036.

The final salary is influenced by the location of the incumbent and may fluctuate based on the qualifications, skills, and market considerations, ensuring alignment with internal and external pay equity standards.
