MAC – Premise ( Upsell )
Ce poste consiste à développer des relations avec de nouveaux clients pour les Pages Jaunes. En tant que membre de notre équipe nationale vente, clients existants (Upsell), vous contribuerez à notre succès en mettant en œuvre des initiatives éprouvées visant à accroître les revenus, tout en apportant de nouvelles idées et des stratégies innovantes pour maximiser le potentiel de nos clients récemment acquis.
Le rôle comprend deux volets complémentaires. La majeure partie de votre mandat (90 %) consiste à effectuer des ventes additionnelles/ complémentaires auprès des clients Pages Jaunes récemment acquis — en identifiant des opportunités de croissance et en développant les programmes auprès d’un large bassin de clients nouvellement intégrés. Les 10 % restants sont consacrés au développement de votre propre portefeuille : les comptes que vous développez par vente additionnelle deviennent votre responsabilité pour la gestion, le renouvellement et la croissance continue, selon un objectif de gain net attribué. En résumé, vous ne vous limitez pas à conclure une vente additionnelle — vous prenez en charge la relation client qui en découle.
Vous collaborerez étroitement avec notre équipe de télémarketing et nos gestionnaires de comptes sur le terrain afin d’assurer une expérience client positive, tant pour les nouveaux clients que pour les annonceurs existants que nous développons. Vous ne travaillerez pas avec un portefeuille existant ; vous identifierez plutôt de nouvelles opportunités d’acquisition et de croissance à partir d’un vaste bassin de clients récemment acquis — puis vous développerez, renouvellerez et ferez croître les comptes que vous générez.

- Représenter Pages Jaunes avec professionnalisme et enthousiasme auprès des clients internes et externes
- Faire preuve d’agilité et de flexibilité pour s’adapter aux priorités et aux stratégies de mise en marché
Exigences
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience réussie en ventes et en publicité média
- Diplôme en administration, marketing ou domaine connexe (atout)
- Connaissance ou aptitude à apprendre le marketing de recherche, l’optimisation et la publicité sur les réseaux sociaux
- Ce poste implique des interactions QUOTIDIENNES avec des clients et/ou des professionnels internes et externes à l’échelle nationale. Par conséquent, le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis
- Grande attention aux détails, excellentes capacités organisationnelles et gestion efficace du temps
- Forte capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prioriser les tâches
- Connaissance ou aptitude à apprendre les logiciels CRM (Salesforce un atout)
- Doit résider et travailler au Canada

MAC – Premise (Upsell)
Sales Representative – Upselling – 100% Remote – Permanent – Full time
This position has the responsibility to develop relationships with new clients for Yellow Pages. Working as part of our National Upsell team, you will contribute to our success by implementing proven initiatives to grow revenues, as well as bring new ideas and innovative strategies to upsell our newly acquired customer base.
The role is built around two complementary streams. The majority of your focus (90%) is upselling to newly acquired YP customers — identifying growth opportunities and expanding programs across a large, freshly onboarded customer pool. The remaining 10% is dedicated to building your own book of business: the accounts you personally upsell become yours to account manage, renew, and continue to grow over time, measured against an assignment net gain target. In short, you don't just close the upsell — you own the customer relationship that follows it.
You will work closely with our Telesales team and Face-to-Face Account Managers to help facilitate a positive customer journey for our newly acquired customers, as well as for existing advertisers that we grow. You will not be working with an existing book of business but rather identifying new acquisition and growth opportunities from a large pool of newly acquired YP customers — and then nurturing, renewing, and expanding the accounts you bring in!

Key areas of responsibility:
- Strong understanding of and ability to create, demonstrate and deliver multi-media advertising solutions to small and medium businesses in Canada.
- Ability to effectively build rapport and generate interest with customers via phone and web meetings.
- Prospecting and upselling to newly acquired YP customers, making up the core (90%) of the role.
- Account managing, renewing, and continuing to upsell the accounts you have personally upsold — building and growing your own book of business (10% of the role) against an assignment net gain target.
- Completing needs assessments with new and existing customers and designing recommendations/proposals for them to achieve their individual business goals.
- Owning the full customer lifecycle for accounts you bring in: from the initial upsell through renewal and ongoing growth, ensuring retention and net gain over time.
- Represent YP professionally and enthusiastically both to internal and external customers.
- Agility and flexibility to pivot between different priorities and initiatives, depending on our Go to Market strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in sales and media advertising
- Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing or Education an asset.
- Working knowledge & aptitude to learn search engine marketing, optimization & social media advertising.
- This position involves DAILY interactions with clients or internal and/or external professionals at the national level. Therefore, BILINGUALISM in French and English is required.
- Detail-oriented, exceptional organizational skills and effective time management
- Strong ability to work independently to manage and prioritize tasks to deliver desired outcomes.
- Understanding and/or aptitude to learn CRM software. Previous Salesforce experience an asset.
- Must live and work in Canada
