Earls Bay Center is located in the heart of Downtown Victoria !

Duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

- Follow recipes and presentation specifications

- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills

Requirements:

- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook

- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)

- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
