Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team.   • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of guests.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or as a cook in the food industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques, meal preparation, and kitchen equipment is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is required.
