We are seeking dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educators at Level 2 and Level 3 to join our team. Both full-time and internship opportunities are available, providing valuable experience in early childhood education.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's individual needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and daily activities
• Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance strategies
• Support children with disabilities or special needs through tailored instructional methods
• Utilize computer skills for record-keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
• Demonstrate effective time management to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed efficiently
• Exhibit leadership by mentoring newer staff or interns when applicable
• KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CHILD ACRE LICENSING RULES

Requirements

• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills such as French are a plus
• Experience working with children in early childhood settings or classroom environments
• Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices
• Experience working with children with disabilities or in special education is desirable
• Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Computer literacy including basic operation of educational software and documentation tools
• Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and demonstrate leadership qualities when needed
• Valid certifications in childcare or early childhood education preferred; relevant training will be provided for interns or entry-level applicants
