Sales Consultant (Travel) – French Speaking Required

Looking for a career in sales where you're selling something people genuinely want?

Odenza Marketing Group is growing, and we're looking for motivated, goal-oriented French-speaking sales professionals to join our travel sales team.

This is a full-time phone sales position, and fluency in French is a must. You'll be speaking with customers who already hold an Odenza travel certificate and are interested in booking a vacation. These are warm leads — no cold calling.

Your role will be to help customers choose the right vacation while recommending flights, hotels, cruises, and upgrades that enhance their travel experience. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and closing sales, this could be the career you're looking for.

What You'll Do

  • Speak with customers over the phone in French and English and help them plan their vacations
  • Recommend and sell flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation upgrades
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best travel options
  • Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow up with customers and maintain accurate booking records
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

Strong sales experience is preferred, especially in phone sales, inside sales, or other customer-facing sales roles. Experience in travel sales, retail sales, hospitality, or a call centre is also an asset.

French fluency is required for this position.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experienced in sales, preferably phone or inside sales
  • Confident speaking with customers and building rapport
  • Motivated by goals, commissions, and personal growth
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Positive, professional, and reliable
  • Able to build relationships, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Committed to building a long-term career

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Performance bonuses
  • Paid training and ongoing coaching
  • Warm leads with no cold calling
  • Opportunities for career advancement into senior and leadership roles
  • A supportive team that recognizes and rewards success

If you're looking for a career where your effort directly impacts your income and you enjoy helping people book memorable vacations, we'd love to hear from you.

We hire for attitude, train for skill, and invest in people who are ready to grow.
