About Us

We are a growing local café passionate about serving great coffee, fresh food, and creating a welcoming community space. We're looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow our customer base and strengthen our brand both online and in the neighborhood.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish approximately 15 social media posts and/or short videos per month.
  • Manage our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
  • Work with food delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes) to improve visibility and promotions.
  • Capture photos and videos of our food, drinks, and café atmosphere.
  • Plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community events.
  • Respond to online reviews and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with local businesses, schools, and community groups for partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the café team to promote new menu items and special offers.
  • Track social media performance and suggest ideas to increase customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
  • Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Creative, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently
  • Experience in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry is an asset.

Compensation

  • $800–$1,000 per month, depending on experience.
  • Flexible work hours with the ability to plan your own schedule.
