We are seeking creative, reliable, and versatile Freelance Photographers to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate is confident shooting in a wide range of environments and styles, while also maintaining a professional presence on-site. You will represent our company during shoots, collaborate with team members, and deliver polished, high-quality images that meet client and brand needs.

This role requires someone who can work independently, manage on-site responsibilities, solve last-minute challenges, and contribute to creative ideation. If you thrive in dynamic settings and are passionate about producing compelling visual content, we’d love to hear from you.

• Shoot professional, high-quality photography across multiple verticals, including real estate, events, food, and lifestyle
• Serve as the on-site point person—interacting with clients, coordinating with freelance staff, and troubleshooting in real time
• Collaborate with the internal creative team to execute concepts and brainstorm new, engaging content ideas
• Deliver 60+ fully edited photos per shoot
• Organize and manage assets efficiently and professionally
• Provide all final photo deliverables with full rights owned by INsuaga

• Proven experience producing/capturing photos for online news / sponsored platforms
• Access to and experience with professional photography equipment including camera, lights, flash, backdrops, etc.
• Ability to shoot in a variety of environments for different verticals (restaurants, outdoor events, real estate, etc.)
• Must have access to their own vehicle for shoots across the GTA
• Drone operation experience is a strong asset
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
