Job Summary

Join our team to assist in managing processes and meeting production goals. Your daily duties will include loading/unloading machines, housekeeping, and utilizing measuring instruments. You must have strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprint drawings, and previous experience with CNC machines. We are looking for a reliable operator who can communicate effectively during shift handovers and work independently with minimal supervision.

You Are:

  • A team player with excellent people skills and a Get-It-Done attitude.
  • Positive, respectful, self-motivated, responsible, and reliable.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Load/unload machines while focusing on correct fixturing procedures
  • Develop knowledge of our current processes and procedures
  • Learn how to use required gauges and measuring instruments accurately
  • Running equipment at maximum capacity, managing processes, and meeting production goals
  • Complying with all Quality and Safety principles and procedures
  • Housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas
  • Must be willing to accept any necessary training to fulfill work duties
  • Any other duties as directed by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read blueprint drawings
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to effectively communicate shifts through logbooks and daily handover meetings
  • Previous experience with CNC machines is a plus

Shift: We currently have a few different shifts available.

- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm | Monday - Friday

- Overnight shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am | Monday - Friday ( Our highest need )

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$23.00 per hour
