Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Installation of steel stud framing
  • Installation and fabrication of finishing details
  • Installation of backing, blocking, and structural supports for millwork and finishes
  • Installation of doors, trim, hardware, and architectural details
  • Ensure precise, high-quality finishing throughout the project
  • Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and operating efficiently
  • Work directly with the Site Superintendent, Project Managers and our office design staff

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High-level experience as a finishing carpenter
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
  • In‑depth understanding of construction materials, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills supported by strong organizational and efficient time‑management
  • Close attention to detail and skilled in resolving on-site challenges quickly and effectively
  • Valid BC Drivers License
