We are actively seeking motivated Class 1 Frac Sand Drivers and Owner Operators to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks to transport frac sand to various job sites and facilities
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
  • Load and unload freight using heavy equipment such as forklifts when necessary, adhering to safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate logs of all trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance activities
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding schedules, delivery updates, and any issues encountered during routes
  • Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition
  • Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws to ensure safe transportation of freight at all times

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, or freight transportation
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other loading/unloading machinery safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards in the trucking industry
  • Basic automotive repair skills for routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Physical ability to load/unload freight manually or with equipment as required

Experience:

  • Frac Sand Hauling: 3 years (preferred)
  • Super B Hauling: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Safety Tickets (First Aid, CSO, TDG, Whimis, H2s) (preferred)
  • Class 1 Licence (preferred)
