- Implement floor space plans for core product lines, promotional items, and clearance merchandise
- Support promotional changeovers and new point-of-sale (POS) installations
- Ensure accessories, artwork, rugs, lamps, and décor are properly displayed and integrated into showroom presentations
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising supplies and materials required for display execution
- Partner with store managers, sales teams, marketing, and operations to ensure visual consistency across locations
- Communicate merchandising plans, product movement, and display updates effectively
- Support training and coaching of store teams on visual presentation standards and maintenance expectations
- Resolve visual presentation concerns professionally and proactively
- Monitor incoming merchandise and prioritize floor placement based on showroom needs
- Coordinate and execute product transfers between locations when required
- Conduct inventory verification and periodic counts as needed
- Report damaged products and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions
