About the role:

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler the Purchasing team plays a vital role in procuring various items to utilize by the hotel. As a Winter Seasonal full-time Receiving Clerk, you’ll receive, process and deliver packages and goods within the hotel to different departments.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in delivering on expectations, performs well working independently and enjoys being mobile within the hotel. You’ll be part of a team that balances volume with a strong commitment to timely consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Responsibilities include sourcing vendors, ordering, and tracking all purchases in a timely manner.
• The Storeroom Clerk checks all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications, and purchase records.
• Ensures that the type and amount of items charged and ordered were received accurately.
• Issues food, beverage, and non-food goods to appropriate departments based on requisition orders.

What You’ll Bring

• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English required
• A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential
• Valid work authorization for Canada

What to Expect

• Requires a high level of physical mobility due to the nature of the position
• Ability to continuously stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 40lbs required
