As a Staffing Consultant for Randstad’s Specialized Skilled Trades division, you won’t be starting from scratch—you will inherit a deeply rooted local footprint in South-West Ontario and a strong client base from day one. Backed by the world’s leading talent partner, your job is to take this successful market and make it your own.

What you get to do:

  • Identify client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services & solutions
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person
  • Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Full cycle recruitment

What you need to bring:

  • 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
  • 1+ year of recruiting
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
  • Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week
  • The position requires you to visit client sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available

Pay Rate: CA$55,000.00 - CA$105,000.00 Annually

The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including, as applicable, the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws.
