Job Summary

Lead a Team. Shape Programs. Make an impact. We're looking for a confident, experienced ECE/ECEIT leader to take responsibility of a thriving childcare center. This is more than a management role - you'll drive program quality, mentor and support educators and build strong relationships with families while ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children.

Duties

  • Full oversight of daily center operations, program quality and enrolments
  • Building, coaching and leading high performing teams
  • Collaboratively with your teams creating engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that foster the Early Learning Framework and learn through play experiences
  • Ensuring licensing compliance, health and safety, and operational excellence
  • Maintaining and managing staff scheduling
  • Adminstrative functions
  • Strengthening relationships with staff, families, children and the community
  • Human resource management
  • Providing breaks coverage in your programs
  • Working in ratio when required

Qualifications

  • Valid ECE or ECEIT certification
  • 1-2 years leadership experience
  • A strong understanding of licensing standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve problems and make sound decisions
  • Highly organized, adaptable, flexible
  • Confident managing competing priorities
  • Skilled multitasker
  • A natural communicator who builds trust with staff, families and children

Pay: $50,960.00-$55,120.00 per year
