Requirements

Montessori Guide and Program Supervisor applicants must hold a recognized Montessori diploma or credential, preferably from an AMI program or a MACTE-accredited teacher education program.

For all other positions, applicants must be willing to complete Montessori training and participate in ongoing professional development. We are looking for team members who are open to learning the Montessori philosophy, classroom approach, and child-centred practices that guide our programs.

Applicants must also:

  • currently be located in Canada;
  • have legal authorization to work in Canada, such as Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work permit;
  • hold or be eligible for Alberta childcare certification;
  • have experience working with children in a licensed childcare, preschool, school, or Montessori setting;
  • have current First Aid/CPR, or be willing to obtain it;
  • demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • bring a calm, professional, and child-centred approach; and
  • have a genuine interest in Montessori education and child development.

Specialist applicants, including language and music specialists, should have relevant training, experience, or demonstrated ability in their area of specialty.
