FULL -TIME WAREHOUSE POSITION – METRO TRUCK BRANTFORD, ON.

The Metro Truck Group of companies is a full-service centre for all heavy truck and trailer needs. As our trusted brand continues to evolve, we are looking for a Shipping/Receiving associate to join our Brantford team!

Main Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing and delivery.
  • Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting products for accuracy and damage, and ensuring all required documentation is completed and maintained.
  • Process customer returns, core returns, and warranty returns in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts to verify stock quantities, identify discrepancies, and support accurate inventory records.
  • Accountable to maintain a safe, clean and efficient storage area
  • Must adhere to Metro Truck’s code of conduct and Health & Safety procedures
  • General housekeeping duties
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Previous Shipping and Receiving / Warehouse Experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Position requires: standing, lifting, walking, and occasional ladder use
  • Ability to follow instructions, and work both independently and as a team
  • Successful candidates will be big picture thinkers, honest and professional
  • Valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation to and from our Brantford location
