Dual Role: Central Fill + Community Pharmacy
Muskehki Pharmacy operates as both a community pharmacy serving Winnipeg customers and a central fill pharmacy supporting NWC pharmacy locations across Northern Manitoba. This unique model provides a well-rounded practice experience with a combination of direct patient care and prescription fulfillment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional pharmacy services and patient-centered care
- Ensure compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and standards
- Verify prescriptions and support dispensing activities
- Deliver medication counselling and clinical services
- Support central fill pharmacy operations and workflow
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacy team members
- Maintain exceptional customer service and patient care standards
- Support NIHB claims processing and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba
- Strong communication and patient counselling skills
- Community pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with Kroll is an asset
- Knowledge of NIHB billing processes is an asset
- Experience in high-volume dispensing environments is an asset
Hours of Operation
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
