Poly-Mor Canada Inc is Canada’s leading in polyurethane foam injection services. We lift settled concrete slabs, fill voids and seal leaks by injecting various types of expanding polyurethane foam underneath concrete, asphalt and other substrates. Check out our complete services at poly-mor.ca

We are currently looking for a Lead Hand / Foam installation Operator for our Edmonton team. This crucial role will lead a small crew of Poly-Mor foam installers, maintaining a balance between hands-on work and leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will initially be training under an existing Crew Supervisor, then moving up to lead your own crew. Responsibilities include responsibly driving large cube vans, drilling holes, operating a concrete saw, utilizing large fluid pumps and injection guns, maintaining cleanliness at job sites and equipment. As Supervisor, you are the face of Poly-Mor to a variety of commercial, institutional and homeowner clients - great customer service skills are a must.

Given the nature of our work, the majority of tasks will take place outdoors, with occasional travel requirements based on project locations, as well as some evenings and weekends (up to 20% travel in the busy season).

Candidates must:

● 2 Years concrete lifting experience

● Be able to lift and carry weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds

● Have a clean driver’s abstract

● Have experience working with hand and / or power tools

● Have some supervisory experience in a construction service role

● A mask fit test for a half mask respirator is required.
