Job Overview
Location: Oakville, ON
Pay: $22.00/hr
Shifts: 10am -6:30pm- do not rotate but standard shifts
Start: Immediate openings

We’re hiring skilled Forklift Operators for a busy3PL distribution centre in Oakville. If you’re confident on Raymond Reach, High Reach Order Picker, or Counterbalance, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, well‑organized warehouse with consistent hours and a strong safety culture.

Day and Afternoon shift available 10am - 6:30pm do not rotate

Raymond Reach and Counter Balance experience

Order Pickers - with fall arrest certified

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport goods within the warehouse.
  • Perform order picking tasks accurately, ensuring that all items are selected according to customer specifications.
  • RFP experience -- Zebra Scanners
  • Pick full pallet orders as well as case picking
  • Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring that all materials are handled with care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating forklifts, including Raymond Reach, Counterbalance and Order pickers.
  • Prefer experience in Logistic companies, distribution centers
  • Ability to pick orders in a timely manner with Zebra
  • Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
  • Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid Fall Arrest licence
  • Case picking experience
