Overview
We are seeking a parts/sales-person

We are in the machinery parts industry, with a young, passionate dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer calls
  • Quote on customer inquiries
  • Acquiring Freight quotes for sales orders
  • Follow up on quotes
  • Continuous customer service (post sales care)

Successful candidates will be

  • Detail-oriented
  • Good people skills
  • Hardworking
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Able to take instructions well
  • Able to work well independently & as a team
  • Customer service minded

Experience

  • Has an affinity for mechanical things (How machine, parts work)
  • Some experience in Parts (Beneficial, not a must)
  • Some experience in Sales (Beneficial, not a must)
  • Forklift experience (Beneficial, not a must)
  • Strong customer service skills

Experience isn't crucial for this role, as we are willing to train the right person.
