Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and packaging a variety of products while adhering to food safety standards. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cookies.
  • Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to comply with health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Chef on soups and salad options.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of food.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
