Job Description

Stellar Personnel is currently seeking dedicated Concession Cooks who are responsible for preparing and cooking food items quickly and efficiently in a concession or event setting. This role ensures food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook concession food items quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and serving areas.
  • Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and support opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Concession Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar food service role.
  • Valid Food Handler Certification (preferred).
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification (preferred).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service periods.
