Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant environment to meet sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to provide prompt service without compromising quality.

Experience

  • Previous serving experience a must. Bartending experience beneficial.
  • Wine knowledge and training given preference
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
