Server / Bartender

Location: Muskoka, ON
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal

About the Role

We’re gearing up for great 2026 at 1360 Golden Beach Rd, Bracebridge and are looking for energetic, personable Server/Bartenders who know how to read a room, craft a great drink, and turn a simple meal into a memorable experience.

Guest-facing roles at the heart of our resort. perfect for someone who thrives on connection, atmosphere, and a bit of hustle.

Year round, seasonal, part time and full time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

Service

  • Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service
  • Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Handle payments accurately and efficiently

Bar

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to standard
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
  • Develop a strong understanding of our drink program
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times

Experience & Atmosphere

  • Create a welcoming, upbeat environment for guests
  • Collaborate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
  • Contribute ideas to enhance guest experience and seasonal offerings

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous serving and/or bartending experience (1–2 years preferred)
  • Smart Serve Certification (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality DNA, those who genuinely enjoy engaging with people
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
