Duties

  • Ensure all food is cooked to order, properly seasoned, and presented beautifully
  • Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, managing station cleanliness, and adhering to prep schedules
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy periods and special catering events
  • Follow all health regulations and safety protocols diligently to uphold a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, preferably with fine dining experience
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
  • Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations is highly desirable
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to serve efficiently under pressure
  • Prior kitchen experience within the food industry or restaurant environment is essential
