  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred

  • Experience in customer service, inside sales, estimating, project coordination, or order desk roles
  • Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, mechanical, or construction-related environments
  • Experience with Sage 50 Quantum Canada, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting software
  • Experience reading technical drawings
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment and process piping systems

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Annual profit-sharing program
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
  • Paid time off
  • Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel
  • Stable weekday schedule (Monday-Friday)
  • Supportive, family-oriented work environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • Long-term career stability with a company that has been serving customers for more than 50 years
