The Role

Priddis Greens Golf and Country Club has 2 part-time and 1 full-time Clubhouse Maintenance team openings to join our exceptional team of professionals. This is an ideal role for anyone looking to earn extra income before the fall in a fun relaxed atmosphere, as well a great opportunity to secure future summer employment in 2027.

What you’ll do at Priddis Greens

As part of the Club Maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities' cleanliness, organization and safety while contributing to the success and continual improvement of Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club. Your primary responsibility is to maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and availability of self-care amenities in all designated areas, including the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Performance Centre, Concessions, Turf Care, and on-course washrooms. Utilizing a unique set of skills and industry passion, you will enhance the stakeholder experience through superior attention to detail, protocol adherence, and excellent communication skills.

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces while adhering to cleanliness, hygiene, and organizational standards
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policy and environmental regulations
  • Monitor and replenish amenities and janitorial supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained; heavy lifting is required.
  • Fulfill shoeshine requests with the opportunity to receive gratuities
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient completion of duties
  • Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a healthy and hazard-free environment
  • Operate utility carts on-course with the utmost care and respect for all golfing activities
  • Create exceptional experiences, foster inclusivity, and embrace continuous improvement, all the while maintaining our core values of respect, excellence and enjoyment; embrace the Club’s mission to “enrich lives through golf”.

  • Continual standing/walking, lifting/carrying up to 50lbs, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and climbing.
  • Driving of cart on-course, ensuring safety and care of the environment.
  • Dedicated to the maintenance and cleanliness of the Club.Qualifications
  • Cleaning experience considered an asset but is not required; training provided per Club standards
  • Proficient in english
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid Driver's license required
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada

Schedule

  • Start date: Immediately (SEASONAL)
  • End Date: Mid - October
  • Schedule: Flexible (Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays)
