  • Support menu planning and coordinate food preparation for dine‑in, take‑out, and catering services by identifying required ingredients and estimating quantities based on expected customer demand and service volumes.
  • Determine appropriate food portion sizes by evaluating the type and combination of dish(es) being served, making sure to align portioning with menu pricing and cost targets.
  • Provide training to kitchen staff on food preparation specific to Filipino cooking techniques, proper handling of ingredients and food safety procedures, and internal workflow processes that align with the restaurant’s operations and overall brand.
  • Coordinate and participate in food preparation and cooking for corporate catering, private events, summer festivals, off‑site functions, and food truck service, ensuring efficient workflow and consistent quality during high‑volume production.
  • Assist with organizing kitchen staff schedules by providing input on staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage based on food preparation and service needs.
