ROUTE DRIVER – FULL TIME

Nella is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1951. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Route Driver to join our team.

THE POSITION

As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for delivering restaurant supplies to our customers throughout the local area. You will be the face of Nella at many of our customer locations, so excellent customer service and a professional attitude are essential.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and taking pride in getting the job done right.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver restaurant supplies to customers on an assigned route
  • Load and unload products safely
  • Ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Collect returns and handle customer requests when required
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
  • Complete daily route paperwork and delivery requirements
  • Communicate with the office regarding deliveries, customers, and route issues
  • Help identify additional customer needs and opportunities when appropriate
  • Follow all company safety procedures and driving policies

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to lift and move restaurant supplies
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Organized and able to manage a daily route efficiently
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Previous delivery or route-driving experience is an asset

SCHEDULE & PAY

Monday to Friday – 5 days per week

$200 per day

Full-time position with consistent weekday hours.
