Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality standards
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining tables and cashier stations
• Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations related to food handling and service
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for accurate order entry and payment processing
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures in the food industry
• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
• Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills
• Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally
• Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience while increasing sales potential
