Position Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and customer-focused Service Technician to

join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be installing, maintaining, and servicing office

coffee machines and related equipment across our client sites in the GTA. You'll also act

as a brand ambassador, making sure our customers get the best service with a smile.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver, install, and set up coffee machines and other equipment at client locations
  • Perform regular maintenance and service visits to ensure machines are clean, functional, and reliable
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues quickly and professionally
  • Train clients on basic operation and troubleshooting
  • Keep accurate service records and report on issues or improvements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, vehicle, and inventory
  • Support warehouse operations and deliveries when needed
  • Be the friendly face of Pantree—ensuring clients feel valued and supported

What You Bring:

  • Mechanical or technical aptitude (bonus if you’ve worked with coffee or vending machines!)
  • Able to lift and move 10–50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs and work on your feet
  • A valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
  • Previous experience in field service, deliveries, or equipment repair
