Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at Clocktower Brew Pub 418 Richmond Rd. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and excellent customer service, supporting our commitment to community and craftsmanship. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and uphold food safety standards.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.

  • Develop and implement menu items in collaboration with the culinary team.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and excellence.'

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant or brewery setting.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources.
  • Experience with inventory software such as Tracrite, Wisk is preferred.
  • Positive leadership qualities with a focus on coaching, training and development.
  • Knowledge of food industry trends and customer service excellence.
  • Certification in Food Safety is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
