Job description

We are seeking a motivated, customer service professional to become a part of our team as our F&B Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Be available to work Breakfast and dinner shifts

- Work shifts in the restaurant as a Cook. Also have experience and as a Server, Barista and Bartender and able to assist and train in all roles.

- Serve hotel guests either take out or table side in the Bistro

- Assist guests with menu options

- Ensure guest satisfaction and work with guests to resolve issues and complaints

- Manage Bistro staff and scheduling

- Work with kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food quality

- Monitor product inventory levels and report to senior management when orders need to be placed and take part in month end inventory counts

- Train new staff

- Develop daily check lists for breakfast and dinner shifts to ensure all tasks are completed daily

- Other duties to be assigned by management
