Responsibilities:

  • Promoting Brewsters positively, assisting in making sure our brand is seen in an exceptional way.
  • Learning the brewing process, be comfortable talking about our beer, and able to discuss it accurately.
  • Maintain control, composure, and flow of an exciting service.
  • Guest relations, communication and problem solving.
  • Coaching and guiding staff on epic service experience, providing feedback and follow up.
  • Inventory management, control, and accountability
  • Store level accounting, invoice management and cash handling.
  • Business development planning and strategizing. Human resources duties, hiring, training, termination.

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum similar pub/bar/restaurant or comparable service industry experience
  • Management experience is an extreme asset.
  • Open availability to work weekdays, weekends, days, nights and holidays.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Must maintain personal hygiene, physical appearance, and dress in an appropriate, casual and on trend manner.
  • Post secondary education is an asset.
  • Experience in any team-based group or organization is an asset.
  • You must rock. And roll, and if you can, both.
