Experienced diamond drillers — relocate to Australia for year-round FIFO drilling across Queensland and the Northern Territory, working with Tier 1 contractors.

Straight up on the visa. There's a visa involved, and you don't work it out yourself — we handle it. The pathway has eligibility requirements, so the first thing we do is confirm you're eligible before you get invested. If you are, we walk you through exactly what the move looks like. If you're not, we tell you straight and point you elsewhere where we can.

Who we're after

  • Already drilling in your own right (this is for drillers, not offsiders)
  • 2–3+ years actually drilling, not just time in the industry
  • Diamond experience — underground, surface, or both
  • Boart Longyear LM rigs (LM90, LM110, MDR700 or similar)
  • Confident with basic rig servicing — oils, preventative maintenance, simple troubleshooting
  • Strong safety mindset, works with the crew and cross-shift

We want safe, reliable, team-first operators — not cowboys chasing metres. Strong offsiders, we may have future roles for you, but these are for people already drilling.
