Full job description

Aube Studios is looking for reliable, hardworking, and experienced individuals to join our growing floral studio. We are hiring for two positions: Senior Florist and Back of House / Driver.

SENIOR FLORIST

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-end floral arrangements for daily orders, boutiques, events, and corporate clients
  • Comfortable creating your own floral mechanics and working independently
  • Clean, process, and condition flowers
  • Maintain and care for fresh floral inventory
  • Assist with event installations and larger-scale projects
  • Follow design guidelines, recipes, and client requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional floral design experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of floral mechanics and design techniques
  • Excellent eye for colour, texture, scale, and composition
  • Strong flower care and conditioning knowledge
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
  • Luxury, event, corporate, or boutique floral experience is an asset

BACK OF HOUSE / DRIVER

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain all floral inventory and supplies in our garage
  • Clean, process, and condition flowers
  • Pull flowers and materials for daily orders and events
  • Maintain the cooler, garage, buckets, tools, and work areas
  • Receive and organize floral shipments and supplies
  • Load and unload flowers, arrangements, and event materials
  • Drive our van for deliveries and pickups
  • Cover our regular driver when needed
  • Deliver to boutiques, corporate clients, residences, and events
  • Pick up flowers, supplies, and shipments from vendors
  • Keep the vehicle clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • Valid full G driver's licence required
  • Comfortable and confident driving a cube van
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Organized, dependable, and hardworking
  • Comfortable with physical work and lifting floral materials
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Previous floral, warehouse, delivery, or event experience is an asset

What We're Looking For

We are looking for people who are reliable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work. The ability to take initiative and keep things moving in a busy studio environment is very important.

Position: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Toronto, ON
Schedule: Flexible; Required on weekends and during busy seasonal periods.
