Precise ParkLink manages thousands of parking lots on behalf of hundreds of property owners. They supply cutting-edge technology and services to thousands of clients in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.

Job Summary:

Precise ParkLink is currently seeking a Production Associate (Signs & Graphics ) to join our in-house digital print shop. Reporting directly to the Sign Shop Manager, this role will support the design and production for all parking facility signage needs.

Location: 100 Floral Parkway, North York, ON M6L 2C5. This position is in-office

Employment: Full-time, in-office

Hours: 8:00a.m - 4:30p.m

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Create and edit vector artwork (custom signs, decals, rate cards), working with reference standards, templates and design guidelines to meet internal stakeholders’ needs
  • Process work orders through order management system and prepare print-ready files for production
  • Provide cost estimates to internal stakeholders
  • Hands-on work: Perform laminating, trimming and mounting on various sign substrates
  • Fulfill development timelines ensuring tasks and orders are delivered on time

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary training in Graphic Design, Print Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong knowledge of Graphic Design fundamentals including typography, layout and colour theory
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign with the ability to accurately set up files for print production
  • Strong understanding of prepress and production workflows
  • Comfortable working in a Mac OS environment
  • Previous experience in a print production environment
