Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our flooring product lines, generating new business opportunities, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, contractors, builders, and commercial clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Present and promote flooring products to customers
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about market trends
  • Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as required
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At lease 3-years of sales experience in flooring, building materials, construction supplies, or wholesale distribution preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and for long-distance client visits as required
  • Knowledge of hardwood, vinyl, laminate, or commercial flooring products is an asset
  • This role is open to new graduates
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred
