Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)

About the Role: Are you a relationship-builder passionate about supporting seniors? We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Sales Representative to join our senior home care agency in Toronto. This is an outside referral-development position where you will build partnerships with hospitals, retirement residences, rehabilitation centres, physician offices, and discharge planners to connect families with essential home care services.

What You Will Do

• Develop Relationships: Proactively identify and engage with new referral sources within your assigned Toronto/GTA territory.
• Networking: Conduct professional meetings and presentations with healthcare providers and community partners.
• Drive Results: Convert referrals into new client starts, ensuring families get the care they need.1
• Manage Data: Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records to track territory activity and pipelines.

• Hourly Base Pay: $24.00/hour.
• Target Total Compensation: $40,000 annually (Base pay + Target Incentives)
• Incentives:
• New Client Start Commission:
• a) Earn $250 per new client start that was discovered by you or the referral sources you developed. OR
• b) Earn $50 per new client start with the leads provided by in house marketing.
• Revenue Commission: Earn 2.0% of first-90-day collected revenue from credited new client starts.
• Activation Bonus: Earn $500 for each newly activated referral source.

ESA Compliance Note:

As an employee, your compensation is fully protected under Ontario law. We adhere strictly to the Employment Standards Act, 2000. All hours worked—including travel between business appointments and administrative tasks—are accurately recorded. Should your commissions for any pay period fall below the statutory minimum wage for hours worked, the agency provides a top-up to ensure compliance with Ontario minimum wage standards. Vacation pay is calculated and paid on both hourly wages and commission earnings in accordance with the ESA.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and manage professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in the field and traveling within the Toronto/GTA territory.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior living is considered an asset but is not mandatory.

Pay: $24.00 per hour
