About Perfect Skating™ London:
Join the prestigious Perfect Skating™ network, founded by NHL Skating & Skills Coach Shawn Allard (Stanley Cup winner, former Colorado Avalanche consultant). Our proven methodology has developed over 350 NHL & PWHL players. We're expanding our London operations across multiple arena locations and are looking to fill multiple positions with elite level candidates.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver elite hockey skill development to players aged 6+ using NHL-proven training methods
  • Maintain small group instruction (4:1 player-to-coach ratio maximum)
  • Provide visual performance assessments and constructive feedback
  • Work with both recreational and competitive level players
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and certification

What We're Looking For:

  • Junior B hockey experience minimum (PRO/OHL/NCAA/University preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for player development and mentoring
  • Available for morning (6am-9am) & evening (4pm-9pm) sessions
  • Commitment to ongoing training and certifications
