Job type: Part-time Weekends

About Us

We offer First Aid, CPR, AED training courses and re-certifications with highly qualified instructors. We offer these courses in a large classroom environment with a range of teaching methods to cater to a diverse group of students. We offer hands on experience and use of all the latest first aid equipment. Our courses meet the highest regulations and standards by different provincial bodies at the lowest prices with the largest and most comfortable training centers.

About the Job

We are Canada’s leading first aid and CPR school with over 15 years of offering courses in Canada needing new instructors for our team. We are looking for dynamic, energetic and patient employees for our team. We are looking for individuals that are comfortable speaking in public. Hours are 9am to 5pm during weeknights, weekdays and weekends.

All selected candidates will have to undergo 10 days of training and certification at our training facility prior to beginning employment.

Requirements:

  • Be comfortable teaching classes with as many as 20 candidates
  • Strong English language skills
  • Friendly and welcoming
  • Strong public speaker
  • Competent time management

Assets:

  • Previous First Aid (or related field) teaching experience
  • Any previous teaching experience
  • Bi-lingual
  • Undergraduate degree (or higher)
  • Advanced First Aid

No First Aid & CPR Instructor certification necessary (although it is an asset) - we're willing to train the right candidate, and there is lots of room to grow into teaching more advanced courses
