Job Title: Fire Protection Designer
Location: North York, Ontario, M9M 2Z2
Full-Time | Permanent | In-Person

Daversa Fire Protection Consulting is a specialized fire protection consulting firm committed to delivering high-quality, code-compliant fire sprinkler system designs . With a strong focus on safety, innovation, and client satisfaction, we work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, partnering with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure every project meets the highest standards.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Protection Designer with 3–5 years of North American experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is proficient in AutoCAD and HydraCAD and has a solid understanding of NFPA standards and Ontario Building Code requirements.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Design fire sprinkler systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Draft detailed system layouts using AutoCAD and HydraCAD
  • Coordinate designs with architects and engineers
  • Prepare calculations and design documentation

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of fire protection design experience in North America
  • Diploma in Fire Sprinkler Design or a related field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and HydraCAD
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and Ontario Building Code requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
