Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior/Intermediate Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. This role involves working closely with our clients to ensure their fire protection systems are functioning optimally and meet all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, verify, troubleshoot, and service fire alarm systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports on inspections, verifications, and deficiencies.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment, providing specific solutions and recommendations.
  • Perform system upgrades, repairs, and modifications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining system reliability.
  • Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service calls.
  • Assist with additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • CFAA Registered Fire Alarm Technician
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire alarm system service and inspection.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid and clean motor vehicle license (Class G).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 40 lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
