Hiring: Experienced Finish Carpenters

We’re looking to add experienced finish carpenters to our team for ongoing residential and renovation projects.

Applicants should be confident with finish work such as:

  • Interior trim, baseboards, and casing
  • Vinyl flooring & stairs
  • Door installation
  • Crown moulding
  • Cabinet and millwork installation
  • Custom finishing and detailed carpentry
  • General renovation finishing work

Requirements:

  • Previous finish carpentry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Own basic tools preferred
  • Valid driver’s licence and transportation preferred
  • Proof of previous experience/work is required if you have not completed schooling or formal trade training

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and can produce professional-quality finishes.

Location: Halifax and surrounding areas
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and skill level. Profit sharing from jobs.
