Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Bistro Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering outstanding dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and team supervision within our vibrant bistro setting. Your leadership will ensure that every dish reflects our commitment to quality, creativity, and hospitality, elevating the guest experience at every visit.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the bistro kitchen, ensuring smooth shift management and high standards of food service.
  • Plan and develop diverse menus that cater to a variety of dietary needs while maintaining culinary excellence.
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Oversee inventory control and food management practices to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain impeccable hygiene standards across all kitchen areas.
  • Coordinate with catering and banquet services to support special events and large-scale food production.

Qualifications

  • Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments.
  • Proven supervisory experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, catering, and restaurant management.
