We are currently looking for a full-time day server and a full time evening server.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate is naturally organized, self-motivated, and able to anticipate what needs to be done without constant direction. We value individuals who take initiative, communicate well, pay attention to details, and genuinely care about creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed. If you're the type of person who notices an empty glass, a dirty table, or something that needs attention and simply takes care of it, you'll fit in well here.

At Fence & Post, we believe hospitality is more than simply serving food and drinks—it's about creating memorable experiences through professionalism, teamwork, and a willingness to continually learn and improve.

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must work well under pressure

· Serving It Right certificate required

· A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development

· A passion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellence

Candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends and holidays. The hours of work will be based on operational and business needs.
