Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and team management within a dynamic hospitality environment. Staff housing is provided to support your commitment to excellence and seamless integration into our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive food industry experience, and a passion for culinary innovation and safety.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established standards and guest expectations
  • Manage menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory control to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a cohesive and motivated team
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with hospitality industry standards
  • Monitor kitchen operations during service hours, providing leadership and problem-solving as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a leader in a fine-dining, full-service restaurant
  • Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
