Browns Socialhouse in Sherwood Park is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our expanding team. If you are a dynamic leader and an exceptional coach we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training and supervising the BOH team
  • Creating shift schedules and managing labor costs
  • Managing the BOH labor and food costs
  • Managing the kitchen environment
  • Ordering all food products and supplies
  • Developing strong relationships with the team and creating great culture
  • Honesty

Required skills and experience:

  • 1 -2 years as Lead / Sous Chef in the restaurant industry
  • 5 years plus of cumulative experience in the restaurant industry
  • Proven leadership and exceptional culinary skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,500.00-$55,000.00 per year
